Returns

You can return items to us for a refund by following our returns process, more details can be found on our Shipping & Returns page.

For UK orders items need to be returned within 30 days of receiving them.

For International orders items need to be returned within 45 days of receiving them.

Items must be unused and in a resalable condition. The responsibility for the return cost lies with you and we recommend using a tracked service with adequate insurance to cover potential loss.

We will refund both the item amount and the standard shipping costs from your order. If you placed the order with an express shipping service, we will refund the standard shipping rate only.

For US orders, where we have collected duty at the checkout and shipped the parcel with a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) service, we will refund the item amount and the standard shipping costs but not the duty. Once an order has been shipped the duty collected is non-refundable.

We advise against refusing a delivery in order to get a refund. Refused parcels will be returned to us with an international economy service but it is not insured or tracked. Only once it has been returned can we refund the order amount, less the cost of shipping. Orders with free shipping will be refunded less the standard cost of shipping. If a parcel goes missing whilst being returned, we will be unable to issue a refund.

Damages/Issues On Delivery

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or incorrect. We may need to ask you for photos of the damage to be able to claim from our shipping partners.

If the delivery is delayed, we can only issue a refund once the item is classed as lost. An order is only classified as lost after 10 working days for UK orders and 25 working days for International orders.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalised products.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item the fastest way to do so is to return the first item for a refund and place a new order for the exchanged item. Items need to be returned to us within our returns process window, 30 days for UK order and 45 days for International orders.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
