UK Shipping
Domestic shipping services are operating as normal. Typically your order will arrive the next day, even with our FREE service, but allow for a few extra days just in case.
International Shipping
International shipping services are operating as normal. Shipping lead times will be displayed at the checkout.
We have a new speedy service for US mainland orders as standard, typically delivering within 4-8 working days.
MagCAD Designs Ltd is registered for VAT in the UK.
For UK customers - the displayed price already includes VAT at 20%. A breakdown will be provided at the checkout and a VAT invoice can be requested.
For International customers - select your shipping destination when first entering the site, or at the checkout, to see our prices with VAT/tax removed. All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). VAT/tax may then be collected by your local customs office upon delivery.
The MagCAD team will be competing in the UCI Gran Fondo - Isle Of Man on the 28th July 2024. As such order placed over the weekend will take an additional 1-2 days to be dispatched.
Any order placed between the 26th and 30th July 2024 will be shipped by the 31st July 2024.
