UK Customers
The displayed price already includes UK VAT at 20%. A breakdown will be provided at the checkout and a VAT invoice can be requested.
International Customers
For international orders we do not collect VAT/tax or duty at the checkout. All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). VAT/tax may be collected by your local customs office upon delivery.

Canada Post Industrial Action
Canada Post Industrial Action

The industrial action at Canada Post has now ended and most of the backlog has been cleared.
Following advice from Royal Mail and our own testing, we have resumed shipping to Canada with our International Tracked Postal Service. Prices and estimated delivery times are displayed at the checkout and we once again offer FREE international shipping on orders over GBP 75 (approx. CAD 135).
Our UPS Express service has proved very popular in recent months and remains a competitively priced and fast alternative, taking just 2 to 4 working days for delivery.

Orders are typically being dispatched within 1-2 working days.
UK Shipping
Domestic shipping services are operating as normal. Typically your order will arrive the next day, even with our FREE service, but allow for a few extra days just in case.
International Shipping
International shipping services are operating close to normal. Shipping lead times will be displayed at the checkout.
We have a new speedy service for US mainland orders as standard, typically delivering within 4-8 working days.
