Overview
This mount is a slight variation of our very popular Wahoo Elemnt Roam Specialized Mount and Wahoo Elemnt Roam Roval Alpinist Mount, subtly modified to fit the latest Roval Rapide and Roval Alpinist II integrated cockpit. The design is specific to the Roval Rapide cockpit; featuring a lower device position, reduced frontal area and modified contacting face.
When fitted to the Roval Rapide cockpit your computer tilts backwards approximately 4 degrees from horizontal. When fitted to the Roval Alpinist II cockpit your computer tilts backwards approx. 6 degrees from horizontal. This subtle tilt dramatically reduces screen glare, a common issue highlighted with the OEM Roval mount. Exact position and angle will vary depending on several factors.
The mount is extremely strong and stiff, keeping your device securely positioned in front of your handlebars. It weighs 22 grams (with hardware) compared with 36 grams for the OEM Roval Mount, a 14 gram (39%) weight saving.
This mount is designed specifically for the shape of the Roam V1 and V2. It will not suit the Roam 3. Nor will it fit other Wahoo devices such as the Elemnt, Elemnt Bolt or Elemnt Ace.

Please note: This mount will not fit the Roval Rapide handlebars and separate alloy Specialized stem. Nor will it fit the discontinued Roval Alpinist SL (2020-2024) cockpit. It is only compatible with the Roval Rapide and Alpinist II integrated cockpits.
Application
Fitting the MagCAD mount is a simple process. Simply screw the mount into the threaded insert on the underside of your Roval Rapide or Roval Alpinist II cockpit and tighten to 2.7Nm (torque specified by Specialized). We recommend using a thread locking compound before installing the screw and periodically check the screw remains tight and secure.

- Not compatible with the Wahoo Elemnt Bolt (V1, V2 & V3), Roam V3 or Wahoo Elemnt Ace.
- Roval Rapide and Roval Alpinist II (2025-) integrated cockpit.
- Not compatible with the separate Roval Rapide handlebars and alloy Specialized stem.
- Not compatible with the Roval Alpinist SL (2020-2024) cockpit.
