Overview

This MagCAD top bearing cover allows you to mount a compatible Enve IN-Route stem or integrated cockpit to your Cervelo Aspero-5 (2025-) gravel bike.

The remodelled top bearing cover matches the profile of the OEM Cervelo Aspero-5 (2025-) bearing cover to the shape of the Enve IN-Route system, allowing for completely internal routed cabling on your Cervelo.

This MagCAD top bearing cover is 12.8mm in height, compared with the OEM Cervelo bearing covers that measure either 7mm or 22mm. The height is minimised whilst maintaining a smooth hose route through the headset assembly.

The Enve IN-Route stem or cockpit can be fitted directly on top for a "slammed" low stack height setup or fitted with Enve IN-Route spacers, not supplied, for a taller headset stack height.

Please note, this bearing cover is not compatible with the first generation Cervelo Aspero-5 (2021-2024).

Application

All MagCAD headset parts are 3D printed in a durable Nylon to ensure they are robust to many years of use. As with any steering related components they should be installed by a competent mechanic and inspected regularly. Incorrect assembly or mis-use may result in damage to the headset components.

Particular care should be taken to ensure the internal cable routing is installed correctly and checked periodically.

This MagCAD top bearing cover does not feature a removeable Bearing Top Cap Plug like the OEM Cervelo 22mm bearing cover. Therefore to fit and remove the MagCAD top bearing cover will require the brake hoses to be split.
