Overview
This MagCAD headset spacer allows you to mount a compatible Enve IN-Route stem or one-piece cockpit to an FSA ACR headset system found on many brands of bike. Internal cable routing is supporting in exactly the same way as both the Enve IN-Route and FSA ACR headset systems.
This MagCAD headset spacer is 4mm in height. The Enve IN-Route stem can be fitted directly on top for a "slammed" low stack height setup or fitted with Enve IN-Route spacers, not supplied, for a taller headset stack height.
OEM Enve IN-Route spacers, which are a split design, and can be purchased from Enve directly. Otherwise we have both 5mm and 10mm 3D printed non split spacers available to purchase separately, depending on how many are required for your particular installation.
Application
All MagCAD headset parts are 3D printed in a durable Nylon to ensure they are robust to many years of use. As with any steering related components they should be installed by a competent mechanic and inspected regularly. Incorrect assembly or mis-use may result in damage to the headset components.
Particular care should be taken to ensure the internal cable routing is installed correctly and checked periodically.
