MagCAD Enve IN-Route Pearson Forge / Shift Top Bearing Cover
Mount an Enve IN-Route stem or one-piece cockpit to a compatible Pearson Forge or Shift 2.0 road bike with this MagCAD top bearing cover. Also compatible with some IS52 / FSA type headset systems.

The Enve Aero Road IN-Route stem and Enve spacers are pictured for reference only and not included in this listing. We have our own 3D printed Enve compatible spacers that can be purchased separately, details below. Otherwise this bearing cover is compatible with the OEM spacer purchased directly from Enve.
Overview
This MagCAD top bearing cover allows you to mount a compatible Enve IN-Route stem or one-piece cockpit to a compatible Pearson Forge or Shift 2.0 road bike.
This MagCAD top bearing cover is 5.4mm in height. The Enve stem can be fitted directly on top for a "slammed" low stack height setup or fitted with Enve IN-Route spacers, not supplied, for a taller headset stack height.
OEM Enve spacers, which are a split design, and can be purchased from Enve directly. Otherwise we have both 5mm and 10mm 3D printed non split spacers available to purchase separately, depending on how many are required for your particular installation.
This MagCAD top bearing cover is designed as a replacement for the Pearson Forge OEM Headset Bearing Cover. The OEM bearing cover is used across a number of Pearson models, such as the Shift 2.0. Our MagCAD top bearing cover may fit further models, but this has yet to be confirmed.
This MagCAD top bearing cover may also fit other brands of bike and a CAD drawing with key dimensions has been provided in the listing photos. Some IS52 and FSA ACR headsets share a very similar geometry and are compatible. Care should be taken to check all dimensions thoroughly. Ultimate responsibility for the part suitability lies with the customer.
Please note: This MagCAD Top Bearing Cover is designed for electronic shifting and the internal routing of two hydraulic hoses. The cable routing is tight when used in a slammed low stack setup. This bearing cover does not support the additional cables for mechanical shifting.
Application
All MagCAD headset parts are 3D printed in a durable Nylon to ensure they are robust to many years of use. As with any steering related components they should be installed by a competent mechanic and inspected regularly. Incorrect assembly or mis-use may result in damage to the headset components and/or injury.
Particular care should be taken to ensure the internal cable routing is installed correctly and checked periodically.
