Overview

This MagCAD headset spacer allows you to mount a Roval Rapide integrated cockpit from Specialized to an FSA ACR headset system found on many brands of bike. Internal cable routing is supporting in exactly the same way as both the Roval Rapide and FSA ACR headset systems.

This MagCAD headset spacer is 9mm in height to allow a smooth transition of the internal cabling. It must be fitted directly under the Roval Rapide cockpit. Additional FSA ACR spacers, not supplied, can be fitted underneath the MagCAD spacer for a taller headset stack height.

Please note: This MagCAD Headset Spacer is only compatible with electronic shifting and does not support the additional cables for mechanical shifting.

Application

All MagCAD headset parts are 3D printed in a durable Nylon to ensure they are robust to many years of use. As with any steering related components they should be installed by a competent mechanic and inspected regularly. Incorrect assembly or mis-use may result in damage to the headset components.

Particular care should be taken to ensure the internal cable routing is installed correctly and checked periodically.
