USA Tariffs & Shipping Changes '25

On the 29th August 2025, the US De Minimis rule, which previously allowed goods under $800 to enter the US duty free, will come to an end for all countries.
This will likely lead to shipping delays, disruption and higher costs for both ourselves and our US customers.
On the 22nd August 2025 we temporarily suspended our USPS shipping service to the US to avoid parcels arriving at the US border after the 29th August. Our UPS Express and FedEx shipping services are available for a couple more days before they will also be suspended.
We hope to relaunch new shipping services to the US after the 29th August 2025.
We are working hard to minimise the disruption and cost. The situation remains fluid and our plans are subject to change.

Import VAT/Taxes & Duty

MagCAD Designs Ltd is registered for VAT in the UK.
UK Customers
The displayed price already includes UK VAT at 20%. A breakdown will be provided at the checkout and a VAT invoice can be requested.
International Customers
For international orders we do not collect VAT/tax or duty at the checkout. All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). VAT/tax may be collected by your local customs office upon delivery.

Domestic and International Shipping

Orders are typically being dispatched within 1-2 working days.
UK Shipping
Domestic shipping services are operating as normal. Typically your order will arrive the next day, even with our FREE service, but allow for a few extra days just in case.
International Shipping
International shipping services are operating close to normal. Shipping lead times will be displayed at the checkout.
