UK Customers
The displayed price already includes UK VAT at 20%. A breakdown will be provided at the checkout and a VAT invoice can be requested.
International Customers
For international orders we do not collect VAT/tax or duty at the checkout. All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). VAT/tax may be collected by your local customs office upon delivery.

USA Customs Delays

We have been monitoring the situation with delays at US customs. Orders shipped to the US, in particular with our USPS service are encountering delays of on average 5-7 working days.
Recent changes to duty exemptions on Chinese goods has caused widespread disruption for US customs authorities at both JFK and LAX airport, where almost all US bound goods enter the country.
This is affecting all orders imported into the US, not just Chinese items.
These tariff changes have since been reversed temporarily to allow customs authorities to clear the backlog.

Orders are typically being dispatched within 1-2 working days.
UK Shipping
Domestic shipping services are operating as normal. Typically your order will arrive the next day, even with our FREE service, but allow for a few extra days just in case.
International Shipping
International shipping services are operating close to normal. Shipping lead times will be displayed at the checkout.
We have a new speedy service for US mainland orders as standard, typically delivering within 4-8 working days.
