Canada Post Strikes

On the 29th September 2025, Canada Post began strike action which resulted in the suspension of all postal services to the country. Since then, full strikes have been rolled back and replaced by rotating work stoppages.
As of the 7th November 2025, we have resumed shipping to Canada with our international tracked postal service. Canadian customers selecting this option at the checkout should allow some additional time for potential delivery delays.
Our UPS Express service is still available to Canada, offering very quick shipping times and avoiding the postal strike disruption.

Import VAT/Taxes & Duty

MagCAD Designs Ltd is registered for VAT in the UK.
UK Customers
The displayed price already includes UK VAT at 20%. A breakdown will be provided at the checkout and a VAT invoice can be requested.
International Customers
For international orders we do not collect VAT/tax or duty at the checkout. All international orders (except US) are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). VAT/tax may be collected by your local customs office upon delivery.
US orders have duty collected at the checkout and are shipped with a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) service.

New USA Shipping Launched
USA Tariffs & Shipping Changes '25

We have now launched our new shipping services to the US mainland, following tariff rule changes on the 29th August 2025.
All imports into the US will now be assessed for import tariffs/duty, even low value orders under USD 800.
The only change our US customers should see is the introduction of a 20% duty collected at the checkout. We have been working hard to help offset this additional cost and as a result our new US shipping service is a lower price than before.
Goods are shipped with a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) service which means there are no further costs when items arrive in the US.
